Helping ambitious mothers build extraordinary careers—and a life they're proud to look back on.
You were never meant to carry this alone.
You're juggling two full-time jobs that run on completely different calendars.
You care deeply about your work and family.
You're trying to be present everywhere.
Some days you're succeeding except where you feel it matters most.
If you've ever found yourself asking,
"Am I getting this right?"
You're not alone.
SparkHer Coaching & Community is on a mission to support women in navigating this extraordinary season to LIVE RICHLY - with more intention, more alignment, more joy and a whole lot less guilt.
For years, careers and motherhood have been at odds.
With investment in one equating to a trade-off for the other.
I think we owe ourselves a different question.
What if investing in your career, your leadership could make you a better mother?
Maybe work isn't competing with motherhood. Maybe leadership and motherhood strengthen one another.
The communication. The coaching. The resilience. The emotional intelligence. The confidence. The boundaries. The vision.
Those aren't just leadership skills — they are parenting skills too.
That's the conversation I want to have.
Come join me.
I'm on a mission to make working motherhood a little lighter, a little richer, and a little more intentional. I’ll be sharing what I’m learning to SPARK a new idea, a different approach, a shift in mindset, or surprising ritual. Leadership lessons that work just as well at the dinner table as they do in the boardroom. Honest reflections from my own journey.
I’m also building a leadership coaching practice for women in this season.
If you are… Transitioning back to work after having a child. Struggling to find your self, want to get your “spark” back. Wanting something more in your career or needing to redefine success….
I’d love to connect with you!
Hi, I'm Megan.
I'm a mom to twin girls, a longtime sales leader, and someone who's spent the last twenty years chasing one question:
Who's figured something out that the rest of us can learn from, and how can I share this?
For years, that was my job, regardless of my title:
I studied high-performing organizations.
I coached and taught reps, peers & executives.
I built and scaled programs where I'd find the people doing something extraordinary, unpack how they thought or operated differently, and help others learn from them.
Now I'm asking those same questions about working motherhood.
Who's figured out this season in a way the rest of us can learn from?
I'm collecting wisdom from women in the thick of it —and women who've already lived it—to make this season easier for all of us.
