I'm a mom to twin girls, a longtime sales leader, and someone who's spent the last twenty years chasing one question:
Who's figured something out that the rest of us can learn from, and how can I share this?
For years, that was my job, regardless of my title:
I studied high-performing organizations.
I coached and taught reps, peers & executives.
I built and scaled programs where I'd find the people doing something extraordinary, unpack how they thought or operated differently, and help others learn from them.
Now I'm asking those same questions about working motherhood.
