Rate each area from 1–10. This is your honest starting point — no judgment, just clarity. The gap between where you are and where you want to be is where your spark lives.
Slide each area to reflect where you are right now, not where you want to be.
Step 2 · Your Foundation
My Values
Your values are your compass. When life gets loud, they tell you what actually matters. Work through the three stages below — react, cluster, then name them in your own words.

React
2
Cluster
3
Name It
4
Live It
Stage 1 — React
What sparks something in you?
Go fast. Don't think. Just tap every word that lights you up, makes you lean in, or feels like yes, that's me. You can refine later.
0 values selected
Stage 2 — Cluster
Find the themes.
Look at what you selected and drag them into clusters below — or type directly into any cluster to add a value. Each cluster can hold up to 5 values. Discard any that don't feel right.
Your Selected Values — drag into the clusters below
Cluster 1 (0/5)
Cluster 2 (0/5)
Cluster 3 (0/5)
Stage 3 — Name It Your Way
Give each cluster a verb. Make it yours.
Your values should sound like you. Not a corporate mission statement. Not what looks good on paper. A verb-led phrase that makes you feel something. Like: Show Up. Work Hard. Live Richly.
Stage 4 — Live It
How do these show up in your week?
Your values are not wall art. They are a operating system. Name the specific people, moments, habits, and choices that are expressions of each one.
Your Values in Your Week
For each value, name one non-negotiable weekly ritual that honors it.
Step 2 · The SparkHER Signature Framework
The Spark Plan™
You can go deep in each category, or choose your top 3 categories to go deep on. Honest answers here become the foundation for everything else.
Step 4 · Value Stacking
Spark Value Stacks
You know that feeling when you leave something and your cup is extra full — more than it should be? That's a value stack. One experience quietly honoring multiple values at once. The secret isn't doing more. It's doing things more richly.
"The secret isn't doing more. It's doing things more richly."
A walk is good. A walk near water, with a friend, letting your mind wander — that's a stack. Wednesday dinner is nice. Wednesday dinner with people you love, a board game, one deeper question at the table — that's a stack.
Pay attention to the moments your cup feels extra full. Those are your value stacks. We want more of them, on purpose.
Turn Up the Dial
Start with something you already do. Add one layer that makes it land deeper.
Morning walk
→
Walk to the water + call a friend + no podcast, just presence
Wednesday dinner
→
In-laws + board game + one deeper question at the table
Dance class in a vibrant, diverse community — smiling, moving, ask a friend to come
Saturday tutoring
→
While one daughter tutors, solo time with the other: 20 min kitchen clean-up together, 20 min reading side by side, 20 min drawing — presence, quality time, creativity, learning. The tutor is the accountability that sparks the whole stack.
1
Recall Your Peak Experiences
Think of 3 moments — recent or not — where you left feeling unexpectedly full. More lit up than the occasion seemed to call for. Describe each one below.
2
Build Your Value Stacks
Design 3–5 experiences you want more of. Start with an activity, name the values it touches, then add the one thing that turns the dial up.
3
My Value Stack Board
Your finished stacks — the experiences worth protecting and repeating. These feed into your Rhythm Builder.
Step 5 · Life Design
Spark Rhythm Builder
Goals without rituals are just wishes. Design the week that makes life feel like yours — stack experiences that honor multiple values at once, and rope in real humans to hold you to it.
